The determination of blood sugar by O-Toluidine method.

Abstract

|
Recently, the method using O-Toluidine for the blood glucose determination has been employed in the routine laboratory. In this report, author compared this O-Toluidine method (by Dubowski original method and Sasaki s modified method) with Folin-Wu and Somogyi-Nelson method and evaluated the significans of O-Toluidine method in the routine laboratory.
